If it feels like a good fit, we’ll decide together which package or service suits you best, whether it’s hourly support, a bundle, or something more ongoing. 3. What are your working hours?
I’m available Monday to Friday, with flexible hours to support clients across different time zones and schedules. While I occasionally work on weekends, I stay connected and check in regularly, so even outside working hours, you’ll never be left in the dark.

4. Do you travel to your clients?
I mostly work remotely, but I’m available to travel within Northamptonshire for special projects. Travel is charged at £0.50/mile (round trip) plus any parking fees. For event support, I can also travel across the UK, or even abroad. Just ask!

1. Do we need to sign a contract or documents?

For ongoing support or larger projects, I provide a service agreement that outlines the scope of work, timelines, rates and expectations. It's designed to keep things clear and professional.

For smaller tasks or one-off bookings (like a few hours of support), there's no need for a full contract. You'll receive a confirmation via email summarising what we agreed to, so everything is transparent and documented without the admin overload.

2. Do you have insurance?
Yes, Sunflower Office is fully insured by Hiscox (via PolicyBee). This includes Professional Indemnity, Cyber & Data Liability and Public & Products Liability insurance for complete peace of mind.

3. Are you registered for data protection?
Yes, Sunflower Office is fully registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) under reference ZB951928. You can find my listing on the ICO public register. I take data protection seriously and follow UK GDPR regulations to keep your information safe and secure.

1. How much do your services cost?
I offer flexible pricing depending on your needs:

  • Hourly support at £22/hour
  • Pre-paid bundles from £210 to £900 (10h to 60h)
  • One-Off Support 100h at £1500
  • Monthly subscription 100h at £1500/month

2. What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major cards: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Shop Pay, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and UnionPay. Also, you can pay in instalments through Klarna.

3. Are there any long-term contracts required?
Nope! I offer flexible support with no lock-in. You can book hourly, buy bundles, or subscribe monthly and cancel anytime.

1. How do you ensure the quality of work?
I provide clear deliverables, regular updates and timesheet-style reports (a breakdown of what was done, when and how long it took). I also regularly check in for feedback to make sure everything meets your expectations.

2. Is my business information safe with you?
As I mentioned above, I’m registered with the ICO, which means I’m legally required to follow UK GDPR rules on how I collect, store and use your information. That means I handle your data confidentially, use secure and encrypted tools and never share it without your permission.
