At Sunflower Office, I offer a variety of services and products. Please read the sections below carefully to understand my refund and return policy for each type of offering.


🧠 Services (Admin, OBM, Marketing & More)

Due to the nature of my work, services are non-refundable once they have been delivered or commenced. I am committed to providing transparent communication and structured processes to ensure you’re happy at every stage.

If you have any concerns about a service you received, please contact me at admin@sunfloweroffice.com. I will always aim to resolve things with fairness and care.


💻 Digital Products (Templates, Downloads, etc.)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable, due to the instant-access nature of downloads.

If you experience a technical issue with your file or product, please contact me and I’ll do my best to assist you.


📦 Physical Products (Coming Soon!)

Once physical products are available, I will offer a 14-day return window from the day of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging

To initiate a return, contact me at admin@sunfloweroffice.com. Returns must be authorised before being sent. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible with photos. I will investigate and make it right.


🔄 Exchanges

I do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, you may return an eligible item and place a new order separately.


🌍 EU Customers 

For physical goods shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. This applies only to unused physical goods in original condition.


💳 Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and approved, I will process the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.
